Studio Policies
Please read before attending a class at Anna Aerial Yoga & Pilates
Booking Policy
All class bookings must be made through online registration on our website.
Once you’ve created your account, you can easily book classes at any time.
Please remember: registration is required in order to book and attend any class.
Arriving at the Studio
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
If another class is in session, wait quietly by the entrance after removing your shoes.
Use the restroom to change.
Bags and coats can be left near the door (on the couch or coat rack).
Please note: we cannot take responsibility for valuables left in the studio.
Late Arrivals
New clients: If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to join the class.
Returning clients: If you’re less than 10 minutes late and notify us ahead of time (via
phone, WhatsApp, or email), we will prepare your setup so you may still join.
Without notice, entry will not be allowed.
For safety reasons, we cannot admit participants after class begins. Missing the warm-up
increases the risk of injury and disrupts the focus of others.
If you must leave early, let your instructor know before class starts. Choose a spot near the
door and leave quietly before the relaxation portion begins.
Food & Hydration
Avoid heavy meals within 30 minutes of class.
Sipping water during class is fine—just a few small sips is best.
Rehydrate fully after your session.
You’ll find grape sugar available in the studio, but please note:
even a small amount is a highdose of sugar—use only if necessary.
What to Wear
Aerial yoga: barefoot only
Pilates / yoga flow: socks are optional
Clothing: wear long or short leggings with a fitted top or leotard
– Smooth, stretchy materials are ideal
(no zippers, buttons, or embellishments that could damage the fabric)
Please remove all jewelry (including rings, bracelets, anklets, necklaces, watches).
Visible piercings that may catch on fabric and sharp or long artificial nails
may prevent participation for safety reasons.
Safety First
Treat all equipment with care and respect—it’s shared by everyone.
Only the instructor is allowed to adjust or tie the hammocks.
Your hammock setup will be prepared for you at
the beginning of class and takes about 5minutes.
During Class
Please follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
Do not attempt tricks or poses on your own. If you’re curious to try
something new, talk to your instructor beforehand—if safe and
appropriate, it may be added to the session.
Disruptive behavior, lack of focus, or ignoring safety instructions may result
in being asked to leave class.
Listen to your body—rest when needed. Your well-being is our priority.
Photos & Videos
No filming or photography is allowed during class.
Please silence your phone completely (including vibration) before class.
Photos may be taken after class, during relaxation or cool-down.
During aerial acrobatics sessions, the instructor may take group or individual photos.
These are uploaded to our closed Facebook or WhatsApp groups.
If you’d like to take your own photos, just ask your instructor—
and be mindful of other's privacy.
