​​​​​Aerial Pilates is a unique and uplifting practice that combines the core-strengthening principles of traditional Pilates with the support of a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. The hammock helps you explore movements with greater ease, improves flexibility, and allows for deeper stretching while reducing pressure on your joints and spine.

In each class, you will build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance through a series of flowing exercises — sometimes on the mat, sometimes in the air. The gentle support of the hammock makes it accessible for beginners, yet still offers plenty of challenge for those with more experience.
