
Aerial Fitness is a dynamic and challenging practice performed using a specially installed
aerial hammock, similar to the ones used in Aerial Yoga or Aerial Stretching. This full-body
workout combines elements of acrobatics, gymnastics, stretching,
and Pilates — all while suspended in the air.
While the movements may appear graceful and effortless, they require significant strength
and flexibility. Compared to Aerial Yoga, Aerial Fitness is considerably
more intense and physically demanding.
Thanks to our structured level system, however, complete beginners are absolutely
welcome. No prior experience is necessary — you can start as an adult,
even with no background in aerial or fitness training.
