Class Terms


At Anna Aerial Yoga & Pilates, all classes require advance online booking
through our official website. We do not accept walk-ins, and reservations
cannot be made via phone or social media for group classes.

All class bookings must be made through online registration on our website.

Once you’ve created your account, you can easily book classes at any time.

Please remember: registration is required in order to book and attend any class.

To secure your spot, please book your class at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
For instance, if class begins at 7:30 PM, booking must be completed by 6:30 PM.
When finalizing your booking, you are confirming that you’ve read and agreed to all terms
and studio policies—including our health declaration, cancellation and lateness policy, and
safety rules. These terms apply at all of our studio locations and can be found on our website.

First-time participants must complete a digital participation and health form before arriving.

This form is available on our website.

Late Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 8 hours of your scheduled class, a late cancellation fee
will apply, equal to the full class price.
Pass holders will have one session deducted for any late cancellation.

How to Cancel Your Booking
 

Cancellations can only be made through your personal account on our website.

Simply log in with your username, go to "My Bookings", and click the

"Cancel" button next to the relevant class.

This is the only way to cancel a booking.

We do not accept cancellations via email, phone, or social media.

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class starts.

If you cancel less than 8 hours in advance, your booking will not be refunded

and the full class fee of €15 will be charged.

Pricing & Payment

 60-minute classes: €15 per person
 10-class pass (valid for any class within 30 days): €130
Payments must be made online via our website.

We do not accept cash or in-studio payments.
